We’ve worked with Liquid & Larder for 6 years, branding five of their Sydney gems—The Gidley, The Rover, Alfie’s Steakhouse, and now the newly launched Bar Julius and Lottie Rooftop at The Eve Hotel.
Mornings are luminous with light streaming through double-height windows facing Baptist Street. Bar Julius is the third space of the Wunderlich precinct. Whether you’re seeking a quiet chapter over coffee, a quick bite, a leisurely lunch, or a seamless transition from afternoon wines to evening cocktails.
Our task was to create a timeless, distinctive brand identity inspired by the rich history of the local area. We found insight in Ernest Julius Wunderlich, one of the Wunderlich brothers, who dabbled in importing and exporting fine European goods and liquor, among other ventures. This backstory became the foundation for a dapper lobby bar brand designed to charm discerning locals.
Lottie is a contemporary Mexican restaurant and Mezcaleria found atop The Eve Hotel’s lush rooftop oasis. Expect traditional Mexican flavours crafted with fresh Australian produce. Lottie is a haven to escape and lose track of time for a while. Come up, life gets better up here.
