The tasty brief was to bring Harvey’s big, hot American-style food philosophy to life in their branding. From placemaking through to takeaway packaging and website, every aspect of our approach is larger than life, with a dash of nostalgia as the secret sauce.
Drawing inspiration from milk bars and retro diners of the 50s and 60s, customers are transported to a bygone era when good ol’ fashioned diner charm was embraced. We purposefully channelled iconic quick service colours and design cues that evoke hunger and familiarity.
We also created tasty type treatments as a vehicle to deliver big bravado in brand messaging across venue placemaking, takeaway packaging, website and social content.
The final result is a flavourful brand as tasty as Harvey’s secret sauce.
